- Account data: your email address (and name/avatar if you sign in with Google).
- Verification data: phone number and a one-time code at verification.
- Device & usage data: IP address, device/browser fingerprint, approximate country, and activity on the platform.
- Transaction data: tasks completed, coins earned, withdrawals and payout method.
2. Why we use it
- To operate your account, credit rewards and process withdrawals.
- To prevent fraud, multi-accounting and abuse (device/IP/VPN checks).
- To verify task completions with our advertising partners.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing with third parties
- Advertising/offer partners: an anonymous identifier is shared so completions can be verified and credited. We do not sell your personal data.
- Google Sign-In: if you log in with Google, Google shares your verified email per their policy.
- Fraud-prevention providers: device/IP signals may be checked against anti-fraud services.
- Service providers: hosting, email and SMS delivery, and payout processors, acting on our behalf.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies (a login session cookie) and a language preference. We use translation tooling (Google Translate) to localize content.
5. Retention
We keep account and transaction data while your account is active and as required for fraud prevention, accounting and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email support@kashtask.com. We do not sell personal information.
7. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than yours, with appropriate safeguards.
8. Children
KashTask is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
