1. Who we are
KashTask ("KashTask", "we", "us") operates the website kashtask.com, a rewards platform where users earn virtual coins by completing tasks, surveys, app trials and offers supplied by our third-party advertising partners, and redeem those coins for rewards such as gift cards or other supported payout methods.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use KashTask. One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3. Coins & rewards
- Coins have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not transferable except as a redeemable balance on KashTask.
- Coins are credited only after an advertiser/partner confirms a valid completion. Freshly earned coins mature in an escrow period before they become withdrawable.
- If a partner reverses, rejects or charges back a completion, the related coins are removed, even after crediting.
- Redemption requires reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold and passing identity verification. First withdrawals may be reviewed manually.
- We may adjust coin values, conversion rates, thresholds and reward options at any time.
4. Identity verification & anti-fraud
To protect the platform and our partners, we verify accounts before withdrawal using phone (SMS), device and network signals. We may decline verification or withdrawal where we detect VPN/proxy use, duplicate devices, automated behavior or other fraud indicators.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Creating multiple or fake accounts, or farming referrals.
- Using bots, scripts, emulators, VPN/proxy geo-manipulation, or falsifying completions.
- Routing incentivized traffic to non-incentivized offers, or otherwise breaching a partner's terms.
- Any attempt to manipulate, defraud or abuse the rewards system.
Violation may result in coin forfeiture, withheld payouts, and account termination.
6. Referrals
Referral rewards are earned as a percentage of a referred user's qualifying earnings and/or a bonus once the referred user completes their first valid withdrawal. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are void.
7. Third-party offers
Tasks and offers are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or determinations about whether a task was validly completed.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or suspected fraud. Coins associated with fraudulent activity are forfeited.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
KashTask is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your withdrawable coin balance at the time of any claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
